Not gonna lie, this was frustrating. My order just sat there for days with no real tracking updates, and when I emailed them twice, I never got a response. I was really hoping for better communication, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

My puzzle was missing a few pieces, so I filled out the replacement form thinking it would be a simple fix. I got one generic reply at first, then heard nothing for weeks. When I emailed again, it felt like no one had even looked at my information. I understand that delays can happen, but I expected at least some basic follow-up or communication. In the end, I still never got the replacement pieces, so I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I bought a Buffalo puzzle from the site and wasn’t impressed. The piece fit was bad — a lot of pieces felt like they could belong in more than one spot, which made the whole thing frustrating instead of relaxing. Even when I had sections together, they kept falling apart if I tried to move them. I’ve done plenty of puzzles from other brands that feel much sturdier and more precise, so this one was a letdown. I probably wouldn’t buy another Buffalo puzzle after this.

Some of the puzzle designs are really cute and made me smile, but a few felt a bit too busy for my taste. I still had fun with it overall, I just wish more of the options matched what I personally love.

Most of the puzzles and games feel about right for my kids' ages. They can usually jump in and play without much help, though maybe 2 or 3 of them were a bit harder than I expected. Overall it’s a solid site, and it’s easy to find something that fits depending on how old your kids are.

Some of the pieces showed up bent and ripped, which was disappointing. I mean, I was expecting them to be in usable shape, but yeah... not really the case.

I tried out a few games, i got bored faster than I expected. The gameplay felt kind of slow and just didn’t really pull me in. I can see how some people might enjoy it, but i didn’t have much fun with it.

My order showed up looking like it had been knocked around the entire way here. The shipping box was crushed on one side and was barely taped shut, so I’m not sure it was packed with much care to begin with. The game box inside had dents and the corners were all messed up, which is really not what I expected after paying for a new item. I know delivery can be rough sometimes, but there was almost no padding in the box at all. Disappointing, and it makes me hesitant to order again.

I bought a game from Buffalo Games for a game night at home, and we were excited to try it out since we had snacks out and everything. The problem was the instructions were really hard to follow. We kept rereading the same sections over and over, and even after all that, nobody was totally sure if we were playing correctly. It kind of killed the mood for the first night with it. The game itself might actually be fun once you know what you’re doing, but the rule sheet definitely needs clearer examples.

We gave it a try, but the kids got bored quickly. I don’t want to be unfair because I’m sure some families might enjoy it, but for us it just didn’t hold their attention. It would be nice to have a bit more effort put into making it engaging for younger kids, especially when families are spending their time and money on it.

Maybe other people have had a smoother time, and that’s great if they did. But for me, I wouldn’t buy from them again. Their reputation sounds better than the service I actually got

Had a problem with my order, which was fun, but customer service did get back to me fairly quickly. Not instantly, of course, but they were polite and actually fixed it without turning the whole thing into a massive ordeal. So, credit where it’s due.
